DISTIL – Defoamer for Distillation & Vapor Degreasing
DISTIL is a proven solution to eliminate foam in solvents used for vapor degreasing and during open, closed, or vacuum distillation.

Why DISTIL Works
Developed to break foam generated by surfactants, silicones, or fluorocarbon residues — especially in Perc, hydrocarbons, SYSTEMK4, and Cyclosiloxane D5 systems.
Application & Dosage
- Add 10 ml per 100 L of solvent (0.24 oz per 26 gal) directly into the distillation boiler.
- For heavy foaming, increase to 20–50 ml per 100 L (0.68–1.7 oz per 26 gal).
Storage & Handling
- Frost-resistant; store cool and dry.
- Reseal the container tightly after use.
- Supplied in 4 kg (approx. 1.2 gal) plastic canisters.
